Davison to Lead RWR Riley LMP2 Program for IMSA Endurance Cup

IndyCar ace James Davison is set to lead Rick Ware Racing’s lineup in next month’s Rolex 24 at Daytona, in the team’s IMSA debut.

The 33-year-old Australian will join Cody Ware, Mark Kvamme and newly named Aston Martin Autosport BRDC Young Driver of the Year Johnathan Hoggard at the wheel of the team’s ex-BAR1 Motorsports Riley Mk. 30 Gibson LMP2 car.

It is one of seven LMP2 cars confirmed on the entry list for the mandatory Roar Before the Rolex 24 test and the only non-Oreca chassis in the class.
