The Ford Escort Cossie V2 may be a 90s era WRC car, but just like any proper racecar does – it has to evolve and get faster. So for the 2020 Cossie World Tour, Ken Block's car gets some select upgrades everywhere from the engine bay, to lighter body panels, to a brand new lighting setup from Rigid Lights, and even a fully custom made exhaust system from his new partners at Borla.

All of that amounts to a newly evolved racecar that's ready to tackle the worldwide schedule ahead of it. Ken and Hoonigan's own CCO, Brian Scotto, walk you through each and every update that the car has gotten in the off-season.
