F1 calendar to expand to 23 races

Joe Saward tweeted that Force India's Otmar Szafnauer says that the Strategy Group yesterday agreed to expand the F1 calendar by 10 percent, thus 23 races a year. We are not certain if that is in 2021 when the new engine regs go into effect, or sooner.

Europe will remain much the same, but expansion will be overseas.
