IndyCar: Saturday Report from the Milwaukee Mile

It is a beautiful sunny day in West Allis, Wisconsin, for the NTT INDYCAR SERIES Race 1, scheduled for 5:05 pm CT.  The temperatures for the qualifying and race sessions will be in the low 80s.

Yesterday was the only practice session for the IndyCars this weekend.  Qualifying is scheduled for 1:15 pm today.

The qualifying order will be in the reserve order of entrant points.  Each entry will have one chance to qualify.

Each entry will have two laps permitted before qualification laps begin to warm up.

While the green flag is displayed, Lap One will determine the starting position for the    Hy-Vee Milwaukee Mile 250s Race 1, while Lap Two will determine the car’s position for the Hy-Vee Milwaukee Mile 250s Race 2.  The fastest qualification lap for each race will earn the coveted NTT P1 Award for the pole position.
