TV News: Weekend USA Motorsports TV Ratings

USA Network got a 1.2 TV rating and 2.22 million viewers for Sunday’s NASCAR race at Richmond stolen by dirty driver Austin Dillon, down 8.6% from a 1.4 TV Rating/2.43 million viewers last year, though this year went up against the Olympics Closing Ceremony on NBC.

There was not much racing action this past weekend because most motorsports series are on summer break to avoid the Olympics. The exception being NASCAR.
