TV News: Weekend USA Motorsports TV Ratings
The Motorsports TV Rating Easter weekend was NASCAR in Richmond Sunday night on FOX, a race that started in the rain and was won by Denny Hamlin.

The NASCAR Cup Series race from Richmond averaged a 1.8 rating and 3.31 million viewers on FOX but last year’s race was on FS1 (1.3, 2.30M) so no comparison. , but down 21.74% and 16% respectively from the previous FOX edition in 2022 (2.3 rating and 3.96M viewers).
Compared to Bristol on Easter Sunday last year that pulled a 1.9 rating and 3.45 million viewers, this year’s viewership was down 4%.
The Xfinity race, which ran on Easter Sunday afternoon before the Cup race, saw it’s viewership fall by 71.67% on FS1. Only 34,000 that were tuned in were in the all-important 18-49 age group.
