Formula 1 News: First U.S. F1 Arcade to open this spring in Boston
The first U.S. F1 Arcade coming to Boston’s Seaport officially has an opening date later this Spring. Another is planned in Washington DC.
Coming to the two-story, 15,500-square-foot space on April 22, guests can race cars using the 69 full-motion racing simulators inside the arcade. This brings yet another “adult arcade” to Boston, with a full bar and bar food available for patrons.

According to a press release Wednesday, guests will be able to create driver profiles and earn “Arcadians,” the Arcade’s currency that can buy guests “exclusive experiences, limited edition merchandise, and products.”
The only other two locations are in England, though the European concept has plans to expand even further to Washington, D.C. by late 2024. Forbes reports that by 2027, the company and its backers hope to have more than 30 locations.
“After the incredible success of our London and Birmingham locations, we can’t wait for guests in the US to experience our high-energy hospitality and entertainment venue,” said Adam Breeden, founder and CEO of F1 Arcade, in a press release.
The Seaport arcade will also feature a glitzy bar and a full menu. A sample menu on the F1 Arcade Boston website features elevated bar food — a raw bar, mini lobster rolls for sharing, burgers and poke large plates, a selection of flatbreads and tacos, and dessert.
