TV Ratings in the USA this past weekend for NASCAR’s three series in Homestead and the Formula 1 GP in Austin.
TV Rating Analysis
NASCAR
NBC got 2.25 million viewers for the NASCAR Cup race in Homestead, down 2.64% from 2.311 million viewers in 2022. 18-49 year old viewers accounted for just 15% of the TV audience.
USA got 844,000 viewers for the NASCAR Xfinity race in Homestead, up 12.38% from 751,000 viewers in 2022. 18-49 year old viewers accounted for just 16% of the TV audience.
FS1 got 335,000 viewers for the NASCAR Truck race in Homestead, down 15.4% from 396,000 viewers in 2022. 18-49 year old viewers accounted for just 11% of the TV audience.
Formula 1
ABC got 1.17 million viewers for the USGP in Austin, down 12.69% from 1.340 million viewers in 2022. 18-49 year old viewers accounted for 36% of the TV audience – much better than NASCAR. The qualifying show on Saturday saw an excellent 49% of the viewers in the 18-49 age bracket.
