Oregon Race Track for Sale for $10 Million

Built in 2008, Oregon Raceway Park is a 2.3-mile, 16-turn road course located in Grass Valley, Oregon, is on the block. The track has considerable elevation changes and multiple blind crests.

The owners of Oregon Raceway Park have listed the facility, as well as the 434 acres of property, for sale. In addition to the fantastic asphalt, there are restrooms with showers, an aid room for EMT use, a two-pump gas station, a 12-bay garage building, as well as paved grid and paddock areas. There's also over 100 acres of undeveloped land that can be used for farming or other redevelopment possibilities.

The only issue is that the track's management wants someone to buy out its business entirely, and at $10 million according to the Loopnet listing. That also means honoring all the track's existing contracts, so there's no turning it into your own fully private track to start.
