IndyCar: McLaughlin leads Penske 1-2 in Practice 2
Team Penske’s Scott McLaughlin and Josef Newgarden ran 1-2 in Practice 2 for the Bitnile.com GP of Portland IndyCar Race.
The two Chevy drivers led three Honda drivers – Scott Dixon, Graham Rahal and Alex Palou who rounded out the top-5.
