USA TV Rating analysis and data from this past weekend for NASCAR, NHRA, SRA and the IndyCar Series.

TV Analysis

NASCAR

The NASCAR Cup race from Loudon, NH was rain delayed until Monday and the rating data is not in yet.

The Saturday NASCAR Xfinity race from Loudon on the USA network drew 941,000 viewers, up 9.42% from 2022, also on the USA Network.

NHRA

The Mile-High NHRA finals from Denver on FOX drew 652,000 viewers, almost dead even with 2022.

SRX

The SRX race from Stafford Springs moved from network TV (CBS) in 2022 to cable TV (ESPN) this year. The race drew 395,000 viewers, down 59.49% from last year.

IndyCar

The IndyCar race from Toronto on Peacock, won by Christian Lundgaard from Denmark, currently has no published viewership numbers.  Last year, IndyCar gave us an excuse that Peacock does not publish its streaming numbers, yet NBC (They own Peacock) publishes the streaming numbers on Peacock when they are decent, like the Indy 500. Hence, one can only conclude that the viewership streaming number for the Honda Indy Toronto must be so bad it’s embarrassing.  Otherwise, why the silence? We stand to be corrected.

Peacock IndyCar Race Toronto Viewership is so low, Peacock and IndyCar are embarrassed to publish. Too low for Nielsen to measure. They publish streaming numbers when they are decent, like for the Indy 500, but not for a race like Toronto. One can only assume; therefore, they are horrible.
