Le Mans Hour 21: Ferrari stretches lead over Toyota

With just 3 hours left in the 100th running of the 24 Hours of Le Mans, James Calado has stretched the #51 Ferrari’s lead to 14-seconds over Brendon Hartley in the #8 Toyota in the Hypercar class.

The Ganassi Cadillacs still run 3rd and 4th and the Peugeot is still 5th.

LMP2: No change since Hour 20 – 11th and 12th overall, the #34 still leads the #41 by a lap

GTE-Am: The #33 Corvette has now gone in front and it is stretching its lead in 27th overall

Garage 56: The NASCAR Camaro has now dropped to 40th overall as the NASCAR idea of a race car design begins to fall apart trying to keep up with the superior GTE-Am cars.  On Lap 254 the No. 24 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 developed an issue and was brought back to the garage by Jenson Button.  “We have a drive line issue and the team is working to repair it now. The goal remains to finish the race.” – Chad Knaus
