Super Formula: Lawson wins to take championship lead

Liam Lawson took his second Super Formula victory of the 2023 season at Autopolis, beating Ritomo Miyata by 1.255s Sunday.

Sho Tsuboi was third, some 5.265s back after a late caution had closed the field behind leader Lawson.

With the win, Red Bull Protege Lawson now leads the standings by four points from Miyata, with Tsuboi 11 behind in third.
