Track News: IMS thinking about development outside the Speedway

As reported by Adam Stern of Sports Business Journal, Penske Entertainment wants to develop outside the Speedway to make it into an entertainment destination modeled after Title Town Flats outside of Lambeau Field in Green Bay:

Penske Entertainment executives are starting to think through the possibility of building some sort of mixed-use development around @IMS, per @jdouglas4.
