NASCAR: Tracking the decline of NASCAR

NASCAR 2023 FOX viewership totals through 8 races compared to last season:

– Clash: (Down 14.8%)
– Daytona 500: (Down 7.7%)
– Auto Club: (Down 5.6%)
– Las Vegas: (Down 12.2%)
– Phoenix: (Down 15.1%)
– Atlanta (Down 14.5%)
– COTA (Down 16.1%)
– Richmond (Down 41.8%)

Even more significant is NASCAR’s lost of viewers in the all-important 18-49 year old age group.

While F1 is gaining viewers in the USA, including 18-49 year old viewers, it appears to be taking them from NASCAR and IndyCar who are losing them at an alarming rate.
