TV News: Weekend TV Ratings from Daytona
Fox TV earned 8.173 million viewers for Sunday’s Daytona 500, down 7.84% from 8.868 million viewers last year.
The Race was the most-watched show of the weekend on TV and peaked with 10.1M viewers.
The NASCAR Cup 150-mile qualifiers, the Xfinity race and the Truck race had mixed results as shown below.
All NASCAR Series continue to suffer from a low percentage of viewers in the all-important 18-49 age group – about 1/5th of their viewers are of the age that advertisers desire.
