F1: More tickets for F1 Las Vegas Grand Prix to go on sale
After tickets for the 2023 Las Vegas Grand Prix were met with high demand and sold out quickly, Formula 1 has announced two additional on-sale periods ahead of the race.
The second and third round of tickets will be available for purchase in late winter and spring. The tickets will be at various price points, starting at $500 for a three-day general admission ticket. Seating with vantage points across the race circuit will range from $2,000-$2,500 for grandstands and $8,000-$10,000 for shared hospitality areas.
Grandstand and general admission tickets will be sold as three-day passes and will include food and non-alcoholic drinks. Premium tickets are also multi-day and have all-inclusive food and drink.
Those who joined the “priority interest” list will receive early access to the ticket allotments in each on-sale period.
Grandstands to be erected in front of Bellagio Fountains
MGM Resorts is rolling out all the stops for the 2023 Formula One Las Vegas Grand Prix, including a seating area lined up in front of the popular Fountains of Bellagio.
The resort giant opened sales to race packages that include tickets to the three-day Las Vegas Grand Prix, Nov. 16-18, 2023, and a three-night hotel stay at one of its resorts on the Las Vegas Strip.
According to a news release, the experience will offer “guests the opportunity to witness the race from grandstands built on the Bellagio lake where the resort’s iconic Fountains dance daily.”
MGM Resorts say the “epic seats” are currently only available as part of the company’s race-and-stay packages. MGM says packages are now available for purchase only at mgmrewards.com/F1LVGP.
Weekend packages start at $2,827 for what may be one of the most picturesque seating areas of the race — a massive grandstand to be constructed in front of the Bellagio on the Strip. Only guests staying at MGM properties will have access to the Bellagio spectator area.
According to the release, MGM Resorts’ race day package options include:
- Bellagio Grandstands: A first-of-its-kind F1® race-day experience, the Bellagio Grandstands will feature stunning seats overlooking the track as the renowned Fountains dance nearby. This premium package will give fans the view of a lifetime and an only-in-Vegas experience. Currently, only guests purchasing an MGM Resorts room package will have access to this unrivaled location.
- Paddock Grandstands: The Paddock Grandstands will serve as a central point of the Las Vegas Strip Circuit™ and treat fans to the spectacle of the start and finish line, plus behind-the-scenes views of the pit lane and team garages.
Caesars Entertainment also made its race ticket packages available Thursday.
Caesars’ packages include a minimum three-night stay at one of the resort group’s properties and two tickets to the race.
“We couldn’t be more thrilled to be right in the center of what’s sure to be one of the most exciting nights Las Vegas has ever seen,” Sean McBurney, regional president of Caesars Entertainment said in a statement. “Our properties are terrifically positioned to make accessing the race, grandstands and paddocks as easy as possible.”
Fans can create their own package by picking their choice tickets located in the Paddock Club, skyboxes, or Grandstands in the East Harmon Zone overlooking Turn 2, with their preferred stay at various Caesars properties and room type.
The packages range from an average of $2,600 per night for a grandstand package, $8,000 per night for a skybox package and $11,500 per night average for a Paddock Club package.
