Today, Circuit of The Americas (COTA) announced a new partnership with Cash App, the #1 finance app in the United States, to offer fans a seamless way to pay and save on concessions purchased at COTA. Beginning Friday, Cash App is offering an instant reward* of 15% back through their Boost feature for all food and beverage purchases made through Cash App’s debit card**, the Cash App Card.
Attendees can access this incentive by signing up for a free Cash App Card through their Cash App account and loading funds from their bank account. Final Corner Re-Named after Mario Andretti
The Circuit of The Americas has renamed its final corner in honor of American racing legend Mario Andretti ahead of this weekend’s Formula 1 United States Grand Prix.
Ahead of its 10th grand prix this weekend in Austin, Texas, COTA announced on Monday that its final corner would be renamed ‘The Andretti corner’ in honor of Mario’s success.
A naming ceremony will take place to officially rename Turn 20 as ‘The Andretti’ this Thursday at COTA with Andretti in attendance.
ndretti is one of the most widely successful drivers in motorsport history, having won the 1978 Formula 1 world championship and taken 12 victories in his F1 career, as well as winning the 1969 Indianapolis 500, the 1967 Daytona 500 and four IndyCar titles.
