MotoGP: Phillip Island circuit under water ahead of race
Heavy rains have left portions of the Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit flooded just a day before the Australian round of MotoGP gets underway.
Heavy rain fell at the Victorian circuit on Thursday as teams set up ahead of the first Australian Grand Prix since 2019.
A significant amount of standing water is sitting in areas of the racetrack, including Stoner Corner.
It is indeed a bit wet. Wider line through Stoner Corner maybe needed. pic.twitter.com/9geXGz2Bgy
