F1: USGP Sunday Only tickets on sale Tuesday

Sunday only General Admission tickets for the USGP at COTA go on sale Tuesday 10:00 AM starting at $259.

All 3-day tickets, 3-day General Admission, and suites are sold out.

The new huge infield grandstand between turns 6 and 7 sold out in one day. Prices started at $789 for the lower rows and fans gobbled them right up.

The pit straight grandstand, sold out of course, started at $724 each and went up to $1,641 each for the upper covered rows.

The average ticket price was over $700 so the track made at least $80 million in ticket sales.  Add in hospitality, food and beverages, plus camping and suites and the USGP is quite profitable.
