IndyCar: Veekay tops morning warm-up in Toronto

Ed Carpenter’s Rinus Veekay, on the soft Firestone tires, turned a lap of 59.8987s to top the Sunday morning warm-up for this afternoon’s Honda Indy GP of Toronto.

Andretti Honda driver Alexander Rossi was 2nd quick, also on the Firestone reds, 0.0452s behind.

Ganassi Honda teammates Alex Palou and Scott Dixon were 3rd and 4th 0.24 and 0.31s behind respectively.

Josef Newgarden rounded out the top-5 in his #2 Penske Chevy
