F1: Hamilton takes to social media for 2nd time in a week
Lewis Hamilton returned to social media for a 2nd time Saturday, following a lengthy silence that dates to last season’s controversial Formula 1 finale.
He reappeared on Instagram earlier this week to note the Chinese New Year, and then again today with a photo of him standing in the Grand Canyon.
He has been seen a number of times in California recently.
To make news in the off season like the British media always do to keep F1 in the news, false speculation has swirled that Hamilton, who turned 37 last month, will retire from F1 over his disgust on how the championship was decided. Hamilton and his Mercedes boss, Toto Wolff, both skipped the mandatory season-ending awards ceremony held four days after the finale.
