he Avalanche Andretti Formula E team, led by Michael Andretti, has announced today that Genesys, a global cloud leader in customer experience orchestration, has joined with the ABB FIA Formula E World Championship team as an Official Sponsor.
The Genesys partnership was first introduced to racing and the Andretti brand by James Hinchcliffe who piloted the Genesys INDYCAR for various races across two seasons. Evolving the Andretti relationship to Formula E gives Genesys an international platform to reinforce and activate the company’s global presence. Genesys boasts more than 50 offices worldwide and orchestrates more than 70 billion remarkable customer experiences for organizations in more than 100 countries. Genesys technology helps organizations around the globe connect with their consumers empathetically, delivering personalized experience – when, where and how customers prefer.
“I’m really excited to welcome Genesys to our Formula E family,” said Andretti. “Joining our Avalanche Andretti team opens new opportunities for Genesys to engage globally through the World Championship. We’re looking forward to introducing the Genesys team to all-electric racing and continuing what has already been a successful relationship.”
“We’re thrilled to partner with Andretti Formula E and join the millions of fans around the world cheering for their team to take the checkered flag,” said Joyce Kim, Chief Marketing Officer at Genesys. “Success on the track takes an incredible amount of real-time data shared across the vehicle, driver and team. Off the track, Genesys is leading the way in enabling companies worldwide to break down the silos across their organizations and unify data to provide amazing experiences for their customers.”
Additionally, both Genesys and Avalanche Andretti Formula E share common attributes of innovation, excellence and trust, as well as a commitment to a more sustainable future.
