Formula E: East London indoor/outdoor circuit layout revealed

This coming weekend, the ABB FIA Formula E World Championship makes a welcome return to the streets of London as 24 cars and drivers go head-to-head in the historical heartland of East London’s docklands.

Racing around the city’s iconic Royal Docks and ExCeL London exhibition center, all-electric street racing returns to the UK capital for the first time since 2016. The e.dams squad saw success with Nico Prost doing the double five years ago, can Oliver Rowland repeat that glory for Nissan e.dams in his home race?

The ExCel circuit will see the drivers run along the Thames waterfront and thanks to the emissions-free nature of the Gen2 cars, the unique track weaves its way both inside and outside of ExCeL London – a first for top-level international motorsport.
