NASCAR to require blinking rear rain lights

NASCAR is requiring Xfinity teams to have two blinking rear window lights — one in the top-left corner and one in the top-right corner — for Mid-Ohio and all road courses henceforth.

This would help with visibility in the rain.

NASCAR Cup and Trucks will get the same rule change starting at Road America.
