Texas IndyCar practice delayed due to wet track

WEATHER UPDATE: We’re on a hold as Texas Motor Speedway is drying after rain earlier (see photo above at daybreak this morning)

One of the benefits of street and road courses is that fans get to see cars on the track, regardless of rain or sunshine.  On ovals the fans have to wait. Only the most diehard wait around, the rest go home or do other things.
