Video: Alonso mesmerizes Abu Dhabi F1 paddock with his screaming 2005 Renault

Fernando Alonso took his 2005 F1 Renault R25 for some laps around the Abu Dhabi circuit on Friday and showed everyone in attendance how exciting F1 used to be before the advent of today’s sick sounding hybrid engines.

For all you newbies out there, turn up the volume and learn what you are missing. To those responsible for destroying F1’s great sound – hang your head in shame.
