Ecclestone gives thumbs-up for Speedcar Series

Formula One supremo Bernie Ecclestone has given his thumbs-up to the new Speedcar Series, after yesterday it was announced his Formula One Management (FOM) organization would supply TV feed for the championship when it begins in January.

Ecclestone said: "Speedcar have been working extremely hard to put together their championship in a very short time, and I am pleased that FOM TV will be able to work together with them so that their show can be given the platform it deserves to succeed."
