Bruton Smith will be a guest on Wind Tunnel

Bruton Smith, CEO and Chairman of Speedway Motorsports, Inc., will be a featured guest on Wind Tunnel this Sunday, June 15. Speedway Motorsports owns some of the most popular tracks on the NASCAR circuit — Atlanta, Bristol, Infineon, Las Vegas, Lowe’s, New Hampshire, and Texas. And recently, SMI added another track to their lineup, Kentucky Speedway, which is the only SMI track without a CUP date on its schedule.

Tim Wilkerson, current NHRA Funny Car points leader, will also be a featured guest on Wind Tunnel this Sunday. As one of the remaining independent teams, Wilkerson, who owns, drives, and is the co-crew chief on his car, has done something amazing this season. He not only won a race for the first time since 2004, but he also took over the points lead for the first time in his 12 year NHRA Funny Car career.
