Zipadelli to be replaced

UPDATE This rumor is upgraded to 'fact' with the announcement that Zipadelli is moving to Tony Stewart's team and the announcement that Jason Ratcliff will Crew Chief for Joey Logano at Joe Gibbs Racing.

12/16/11 According to inside AR1.com sources, Greg Zipadelli has been replaced as the crew chief on the 20 Sprint Cup car by Jason Ratcliff for 2012. Zipadelli, who had great success with Tony Stewart, appears to be the scapegoat for the non-performance of the No. 20 since Stewart left rather than pointing fingers at the driver who replace Stewart.
