In Las Vegas Agag says he is eyeing China, Australia for Formula E

Formula E CEO Alejandro Agag says he is eyeing new events in China and Australia in the near future and hopes that the calendar will gradually stabilize.

Formula E has undergone several calendar changes across its three seasons, with Hong Kong, Marrakech, Brussels, New York and Montreal all joining the schedule for 2016/17.

Meanwhile, previous events in Miami and Moscow, which were on the 2014/15 calendar, and Malaysia, London, Long Beach and Beijing, which also featured on the 2015/16 schedule, have all been discontinued.

"We definitely want to have one more race in China, we have Hong Kong, [and] want to get back to mainland China," he said of potential new Formula E events.

"We want to have Australia, we're talking to a couple of cities there, we want to race in the Middle East and probably to have another race in the US, and Brazil.

"This is like a Christmas list, I would like to have many, many cities from the world, but those are my priorities and we [will] work together with the FIA to make this calendar."

Agag also emphasized that forming a "stable" calendar was also a priority.

"What we need also is a stable calendar, still we're a young championship, there's still some uncertainty with our calendar, which we are slowly consolidating, so that's the priority," he added.
