Schumacher to shake down new TF107 Tuesday

Toyota’s new car, the TF107, will undergo a shakedown at the Paul Ricard circuit in France Tuesday ahead of the official launch this coming Friday. Regular driver Ralf Schumacher will carry out this newly modified agenda while third driver Franck Montagny, who was scheduled to undertake an aerodynamic test at Vairano in Italy this week, will now defer his plans until next week, after the launch.

Despite the delay, Franck is very pleased with the way things are progressing.

“I could see the new car, sit inside, check all the minor details that will make life a lot easier when I return for the first tests and at the moment it is all going very well. The team is really very accessible and I am finding myself fitting in there more and more," he told his official website.
