Tower Records set up booth to boost F1 ticket sales

Tower Records in Suria KLCC will be selling more than just music and movies this month. Racing fans can also get tickets for the Petronas Malaysian F1 Grand Prix at discounted prices with limited edition F1 gifts. Situated at the Concourse Level of Malaysia’s famous shopping destination, Tower Records will have a special F1 Early Bird Promotion counter where fans can purchase tickets to catch the GP scheduled for April 6-8 at the circuit in Sepang.

The Sepang International Circuit (SIC) general manager, Datuk Ahmad Mustafa, said that the program was part of the organizer’s strategy to secure a full house of 120,000 spectators.

“This program is to promote the current 5% discount being offered for purchases of tickets until Jan 31. But, if you purchase it at the early bird counters, you will gain even more," said Ahmad.
