F1 teams to meet Friday

F1's eleven team principals will meet on Friday. On the agenda is the 'fan-friendly' future of the sport, but also likely to be discussed is the continuing threat of arbitration due to Toro Rosso and Super Aguri's apparent plans for 2007.

Both squads have angered Spyker team principal Colin Kolles, whose argument is supported by other teams, because using a 'customer car' will not legitimately be permitted until the Concorde Agreement expires at the end of the year.

Kolles told the Silverstone based team's continuing sponsor F1Racing.net in a column: "We just want to make certain people aware now that if they're going to try to get away with this and bend the rules, we're ready to go into arbitration."
