Rahal team inks deal with Bell Micro
Bell Microproducts, of San Jose, California was founded in 1988 and has forged a position as one of the world’s largest value-added distributors of storage and computing technology. Recognized world wide as an industry leader, Bell Microproducts celebrated a significant corporate milestone when it sold its 50 millionth hard disk drive last month.
“I feel we have laid a strong foundation for our ALMS program and I anticipate this program will be a cornerstone of Rahal Letterman Racing for a long time to come," said Bobby Rahal co-owner of Rahal Letterman Racing. “To announce a partnership with a leading company the stature of Bell Microproducts would be a banner day for any organization, but for us to be able to combine that partnership with our recent announcement of our ALMS driver duo of Ralf [Kelleners] and Tom [Milner] serves to demonstrate the high level of dedication and resources that we are devoting to our newest program. Nobody at RLR is underestimating the enormity of the task that competing in GT2 will comprise, but it is our intention to bring a championship caliber program to the track for our debut at the 12 Hours of Sebring."
“I am very excited to be associated with Rahal Letterman Racing," said Don Bell, CEO of Bell Microproducts. “The partnership between Bell Micro and RLR builds on the success we have achieved over the last two seasons. Our program provides an incredible opportunity for Bell Micro to build and strengthen its customer relationships. Our partnership with RLR will bring this to the next level."
