Yellow moves to Cup with Sauter

For Team Yellow Racing, 2007 represents both a continuation and a transformation in NASCAR competition as they embark on their first Nextel Cup Series effort with driver Johnny Sauter behind the wheel of the #70 Yellow Transportation Chevy. Over the past two seasons, Sauter has become a devoted spokesperson for Yellow and represents their ideology of Creating Possibilities. On the Track. In Transportation. As they celebrate our 10th anniversary in 2007, Team Yellow looks ahead to the coming season with great anticipation. While Sauter is slated to carry the Yellow logo throughout the entire schedule, Yellow will take center stage as primary sponsor in 14 events, this season. Those events include: Daytona-2/18, California-2/25, Las Vegas-3/11, Atlanta-3/18, Bristol-3/25, Texas-4/15, Richmond-5/5, Dover-6/3, Pocono-6/10, Chicago-7/15, Michigan-8/19, Kansas-9/30, Charlotte-10/13 and Homestead-11/18. Plans include primary sponsorship for two Busch Series events as well – the inaugural event in Montreal-8/4 and the Yellow Transportation 300 at Kansas Speedway-9/29. Joining the Team Yellow family this season is NASCAR veteran and Haas CNC Racing teammate Jeff Green, who will pilot the #66 Yellow Chevy for two of the 14 primary events at California and Atlanta. teamyellowracing.com
