Volvo launches Treasure Hunt

Volvo Cars launches its online global hunt for a sunken treasure in conjunction with its partnership with Disney’s Pirates of the Caribbean movie franchise. A chest filled with $50,000 worth of gold doubloons plus the key to a brand new Volvo was sunk to the bottom of the ocean somewhere in the world. Participants must find the location of the chest by answering questions, solving puzzles and finding clues online. The hunt starts simultaneously in 22 countries on May 4, and ends with a global online ‘head to head’ on June 2. Note: Watch video on our home page for more details.
