Canary Fund raises $1.1 Million during San Jose GP

Events related to the San Jose Grand Prix raised more than $1.1 million for the Canary Foundation, according to an early estimate Listwin announced at the gala.

The total was drawn from events that included a Thursday breakfast at Tiffany at Santana Row, the Drivers Party live auction on Friday and a trio of Saturday events: the CXO Celebrity Go-Kart Challenge, the Historic Stock Car "Ride of Your Life" and Cabana.

The Frank and Denise Quattrone Family Foundation became a big Canary Foundation supporter this year with a $250,000 donation announced at the gala that will go toward prostate-cancer research.
