2007 IRL TV ratings down

Overall Nielsen TV ratings for the Indy Car Series for 2007 vs. 2006. The biggest drop was the series' biggest race, the Indy 500, which was down 14%. Overall race viewership was down 4.4% on ABC to 2.5 million average viewers. ESPN/ESPN2 races averaged 556,000 viewers.
