Team president Ronnie Russell confirmed Friday that the team will lose McDonald's and FreeCreditReport.com as sponsors of its cars.
Russell said the team is actively looking for sponsorship for the No. 35 car and driver Bobby Hamilton Jr. and also looking for sponsorship and a driver for the No. 25 car (driven this year by David Gilliland and Richard Johns).
"We need sponsors for both cars," Russell said. "At this point, we don't have anything signed. We do have some activity. … We've been in Busch racing since 1999, and this is the closest we've come to not knowing whether we're going to be around or not."
