Franchitti to drive truck at Martinsville

Chip Ganassi Racing officials announced Tuesday that newly signed driver Dario Franchitti would make his NASCAR debut in the Craftsman Truck Series race at Martinsville Speedway on Oct. 20. Franchitti will drive a No. 41 Dodge fielded by Cunningham Motorsports, with Ganassi personnel pitting the truck. Ganassi's Brian Pattie will serve as crew chief.
