Wallets stolen at Phoenix

At least five Craftsman Truck drivers had their wallets stolen during a practice session for the Arizona Casino 200 at PIR. Hours later, credit cards were used in Fountain Hills, Ariz. to buy gift cards. They were taken off team transporters while the teams were on pit road during the session. Stacy Compton was one of the drivers. He spent Friday trying to figure out how he was going to get through security at the airport to fly home after the race. “In a 40-minute span, whoever it was went to town," Compton said. “They bought as many gift cards as they could. They got everything – my driver’s license, my credit cards, everything."
