Jerez MotoGP Test – Day 1
The MotoGP teams embarked on their final three days of testing in 2007 at the Jerez circuit in southern Spain today. Taking advantage of cool, sunny conditions at the famous Andalucian circuit, Ducati's Casey Stoner led the day ahead of Honda's Dani Pedrosa. Valentino Rossi, back in action for the first time since breaking his hand in Valencia, tested his Yamaha M1 on Bridgestone tires for the first time and was third fastest.
