Red Bull to launch RB4 on 16 January

(GMM) Red Bull Racing on Friday confirmed that its 2008 car, the RB4, will be launched and tested for the first time at Jerez on 16 January.

"The launch will be on an official F1 test day and will be attended by more than one F1 team," the Milton Keynes based team noted in a statement.

Red Bull divulged the information about its launch date in a short time-lapse style YouTube video clip of its UK headquarters, which stated that the outfit "is working day and night to bring you the RB4".

Team boss Christian Horner said earlier this week that improving reliability will be a "key focus" of the 2008 season.

"With the same engine as the factory Renault team they, more than any other team, are our barometer. 2008 is certainly set to be another very close season," he told F1's official website.
