Toro Rosso gelling nicely says boss

Scuderia Toro Rosso are beginning to gel nicely according to boss Franz Tost. "The team is coming together well now," Tost told Autosport. "An F1 team reshuffle is not possible to achieve in one day in order to build up such an organization. You have to find the right people and they have to work together."

Toro Rosso has already been setting surprisingly fast lap times in winter testing.

"As you know in F1, you never have technical problems, you only have personnel problems," Tost added. "Sometimes there are much more difficult things to sort out than some technical problems but I'm very optimistic for the future because the team is coming together more and more."
