Kimi back on top at wet Jerez

Kimi Raikkonen

Rain returned to Jerez this morning, as the teams took to the track for the final day of testing in southern Spain. While the rain stopped early in the morning, the track has only begun to dry out here, but with the sun emerging from behind the clouds, the afternoon should see more rubber be laid down.

On the timesheets, Kimi Räikkönen returned to the top, with a time of 1m26.788s after 29 laps. He was followed, almost a full second behind, by McLaren's Heikki Kovalainen. Almost another second behind him was Felipe Massa in the second Ferrari, followed by Vettel, Webber and Bourdais.
