NASCAR expands media operations
Under the revised structure, NMG will be positioned to provide a range of new services to NASCAR's media partners and to develop new content platforms that will expand the reach of the sport.
Paul Brooks, president of NASCAR Media Group, said: "The development of the NASCAR Media Group will enhance our commitment to the fans and the entire industry in one integrated unit. We will continue to work aggressively with the our media partners covering NASCAR and the entertainment industry to provide the highest quality media content, and develop new opportunities to bring the most exciting elements of NASCAR directly to our fans".
The NASCAR Media Group will be based in Charlotte, North Carolina, and will work to promote the sport in mainstream media through relationships with film, television and music industries.
