Milwaukee qualifying will be daunting for drivers
As if two laps of IndyCar qualifying at the Milwaukee Mile weren't treacherous enough, drivers will face four today, and all of them will count, not just the best. That's daunting, admitted veteran Scott Dixon, who nearly crashed on his second time around last year.
"You need to make sure you've got a consistent car for the four laps of qualifying," Dixon, the Indianapolis 500 winner, said Thursday.
"Last year I think Helio (Castroneves, the pole-sitter) and myself could only string one lap together because the cars were so loose." JSOnline
