Chrysler recalls 6,692 3.5 L Journey

Chrysler LLC is recalling 6,692 Dodge Journey crossovers for the 2009 model year because of defects in the engine wire harness that may damage electrical circuits, the automaker said Monday. The recall affects vehicles equipped with 3.5-liter engines, in which the engine wire harness could be chafed by contact with the transaxle mount and create malfunctions of various electrical circuits, Chrysler said in a statement.
