Old Champ Car Atlantic nemesis’ Franck Perera and Raphael Matos continue their battle all year long in Indy Lights this year with Franck Perera getting the best of Raphael Matos by the slimmest of margins on his final lap to take pole for the first Indy Lights race this weekend.
